Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

   USA Silicone Bead Supply offers flat rate $5 standard shipping and FREE shipping on orders over $50 in the US.  Packages will be shipped the cheapest method with USPS--first class or ground.    We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and we do not ship on holidays.      Once your package is processed and shipped standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.     The option for priority shipping upgrade is offered during checkout.   Once your package is processed and shipped priority shipping generally arrives in 2-3 days (this does not include processing times).   

PROCESSING TIMES:

    Our processing times do vary but generally orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 BUSINESS days for free or standard shipping.    (this does not including weekends or holidays).    There are times when processing times are longer and we might be experiencing delays.   

NEED YOUR PACKAGE IN A HURRY?      

     If you are needing your order as soon as possible please upgrade to priority shipping during checkout.   We will process your order same or next business day and ship via priority mail with USPSl.   

 DELAYS:    

    Orders might be delayed if we have questions about color choices or selections.   In those instances we will ship orders out once we receive clarification about your order.   All communication is done via email with the email address you have provided during checkout.  Please make sure all order notes are left in order or email your order notes to us to avoid any delays with your order!    

INSURANCE:    

     Please be aware that once your package is mailed we cannot be held responsible for it. If you would like to add insurance to your package to protect it against loss or damage, please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional fee. Please note that packages shipped via Priority mail includes insurance for up to $50.    Priority shipping upgrade can be selected and purchased during checkout.   We use USPS first class mail unless your package exceeds weight limits for first class and then packages are shipped priority mail.  

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERED ITEMS:

   We try to keep all items in stock!   If any item sells out we will contact you before your order is shipped!   You will be given the option to be refunded for out of stock items, or the option to switch out colors or products, or the option to have your item(s) shipped when it is back in stock at no additional charge!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.    We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products.   If you have questions about our items please contact us before you place an order.  

HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

    If you have a problem with your order you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and send photos of the products you received.    

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  We DO NOT accept order cancellations.   Thank you for understanding!   If an order is placed it will ship out.
